  1. Open the LOT trip management system on the official website. 
  2. Navigate to your flight booking details. 
  3. Your flight segments that are eligible for bidding will have the option to upgrade next to them. Tap the one you want to upgrade. 
  4. Now, based on the LOT Polish Seat upgrade policy, you need to first select the class you wish to upgrade to, then enter the bidding amount.
  5. Next, enter the payment details, like your credit card details. The transaction will only be processed if your offer is selected. 
  6. If you make the submission incorrect order, you will receive an email informing you about the confirmation. If you need to make changes to the offer to want to cancel the offer, use the link available in the confirmation email. You can do this up to 48 hours before the departure. 
  7.  In case your offer is selected, you will receive a confirmation email stating the same up to 36 hours before take-off.
